New classes!!

Starting December 1, I’ll be offering Gentle Yoga and MasendAsana (also known as Self Myofascial Release or trigger point release) classes at Necessities Day Spa on Route 1.

The Gentle Yoga class will be from 10-11:15am on Fridays.
MasendAsana will immediately follow from 11:15am-12;15pm
